WEIBEL, Jakob Samuel
Phillippe Albert Stapfer.
Voyage Pittoresque de l'Oberland, ou Description de Vues prises dans l'Oberland, District du Canton de Berne.
A gorgeous album of plates of the Oberland, scarce and much sort after (Pettet, Longchamp). The frontispiece and 12 of the 14 plates were published in 1796. Two plates and a map were new to this edition: those of the Jungfrau and the glaciers at Grindelwald. Ackermann published the work in London in 1812.
