Quarto, contemporary quarter binding in calf, marbled boards, illustrated and lettered in ink to spine. Boards lightly rubbed. In good condition. Illustrated in original Indian ink, wash and hand coloured drawings. Manuscript and drawings are by the hand of the author; Monsieur Jolas. It is the story of a journey through Italy; Turin, Milan, Ravenna, Florence, Genoa with, at the return, the visit of the Colonial Exhibition in Marseille.
