Four works bound as one, landscape folio (28 x 37 cm), Vol 1: Seventeen hand-coloured lithographed plates by Langlumé after Adam, faint embossed publishers’ stamp at foot; Vol 2: Twelve hand-coloured lithographed plates by Langlumé after Wattier, Sazerac & Duval; Vol 3: Six hand-coloured lithographed plates by Delpech after Monnier's hand-coloured lithographs; vol 4: Ten hand-coloured lithographed plates by Delpech after Aubry, [in total 45 plates] all captioned, some light foxing or soiling, primarily to first suite and marginal, final 2 Monnier plates with marginal tear repaired, contemporary half green morocco, spine lettered and ruled in gilt, slightly rubbed; otherwise a fine collection of French caricatures.
