HARDY, Robert William Hale.
Travels in the Interior of Mexico, in 1825, 1826, 1827, & 1828.
It is the earliest expedition to reach the Colorado River and investigate its unknown course in what was then Mexico. While the folding map does a great job in cover the situation of the Mexican state of Sonora, Baja California, and the Sea of Cortez, it also reaches into primitive Arizona. A notable rarity.
