FIRST EDITION. 106pp. Dedication, contents. Octavo, fresh green cloth, and fresh paper label to spine. Previous owners signature to front free endpaper. Fresh endpapers. Lightly toned and foxed. Five hand-coloured lithograph plates. The plates show the gardens at Buckingham Palace and St. James Palace; one of the plates also includes Horse Guards Parade. Rebinding and restoration work on this book was carried out by Ron Norman of Hartlepool (Ronnorn@aol.com) Coloured plates in order: 1. View from the West Walk. 2.
