Large folio. FIRST EDITION. Publisher's (?) half vellum over paper boards, with half tiile and vignette to upper board. Title to spine in gilt. Spine marked and boards ribbed and worn, especially to corners. Approximately 100 uncoloured examples of designs for: rooms, ceilings, chimney pieces, tables, chairs, lamps, mirrors, clocks etc. Book plate of 'Wigan Free Public Library' on front past-down. Uncoloured plates only - not listed.
