Plates with views, landscapes and costumes of Denmark (5), Sweden (6, including title), Lapland (4) and Norway (10). Beaumont was a French aristocrat they were known as an illustrator of travel books in the mid-nineteenth century.

C. Bentley' and printed by Fairland, by Vicomte Adalbert de Beaumont, original cloth decorated and lettered in gilt, backed in red morocco ruled in gilt, lettered in gilt to spine.
