Contemporary 1/2 red morocco over marbled boards; spine in gilt compartments, all edges gilt, marbled endpapers, rubbed, folio. Holbein's portraits of the court of Henry VIII is a series 80 exquisitely beautiful plates engraved by Bartolozzi Cooper and others and printed on tinted paper in imitation of the original highly-finished drawings preserved in the royal collection at Windsor.
