SEGARD, Sir W.
Francois Martin Testard.
Picturesque Views of Public Edifices in Paris.

The illustrations are contained within circular frames, giving one the sense of peering through a peephole or window and somehow sharpening one's focus on the structure being portrayed as well. A two-page description and history accompany each plate.
