FIRST EDITION. Large folio, 15 chromolithographed plates, mounted on card (as issued), descriptive letterpress, original green pebble cloth, gilt lettered direct on to upper board, all edges gilt. Bookplate of 'Ex Libris Henry Hannen' to front pastedown. Coloured endpapers. Spine rubbed and worn. A striking series of views illustrating some of the dramatic scenery last scene in the film 'Lord of the Rings' "Mr Gully, the artist, ranks as one of the most accomplished artists New Zealand produced."
