8vo [23 x 14 cm]; xix [i] 395 [iv publisher's ads] pp 7 etched and aquatint plates including frontis; one plate hand-coloured; original cardboard boards which are almost detached, spine paper label mostly worn away, slight foxing and ink note but interior quite good in fine custom made cloth Solander box with a marbled interior - spine with white title label. Coloured plate: 1. A Native Soldier.
