Complete with one large miniature with the name of the King of Arms Ramon de Ortega and a miniature of the grantees family coat-of-arms. All finely executed. There are also a number of attractive historiated initials with delightful outdoor scenes. At the rear is a family tree that is superimposed on the image of a living tree.

Folio, bound in the 18th century in woven cloth. The cloth is a course weave but displays wonderful floral patterns with the image of a castle in a floral setting. The colours and patterns are still quite vibrant. Approximately 60 red ruled vellum leaves, all housed in the original full brown leather two-piece box, lined with original patterned paste paper lining. Decorative original endpapers.
