MENGIN, Felix.
Histoire de L’Egypte sous le Gouvernement de Mohammed-Aly…
The book is the most detailed history of Mohammad Ali's (early) reign up to the time of publication and contains a long and important appendix containing a history of the revolt of the Wahhabis and the campaign against them conducted by Mohammad Ali. The text mentions Riyadh twice - "Riad" (p.596) and "Ryâd" (p.600), and is possibly the second earliest printed text to feature the name of the future capital of Saudi Arabia.
