MORSTADT, Vinzenz.
Ansichten von Prag.
Vincenc Morstadt was a Czech painter and draughtsman . Most of his artistic work is closely connected with Prague, where he came at the age of 11. He attended the Piarist grammar school in Prague's New Town and then studied at the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. From 1867 onwards he devoted himself exclusively to painting . He became famous for his vedute with city views of Prague.
