[The Temple of Nature and Art, Containing a Selection of the Most Unusual and Entertaining Renderings of the Productions of Nature as well as Art, Description of Famous Places…] 4to. Slightly later, half calf binding. Head of spine repaired. Flat spine in compartments, with key design bands, title lettered in gilt. Some leaves with light foxing. Engraved title page, (2), 132 pp. and 36 engraved plates, of which 28 are hand-coloured, and eight are toned. Extremely RARE. According to the catalogue of Oscar Davidsen’s collection, only one copy is assumed to exist in private hands.
