[Property of Madame Hubert le Hardy de Beaulieu.] The title page is in watercolour, with a leaf with water colour coat of arms, eight watercolours showing interior views (most of which are highlighted with silver and gold, one signed 'Herssens'), last leaf with a manuscript inscription reading 'Les Ateliers H. Laureys étudié par E. Herssens,' all interleaved with tissue-guards. Contemporary green cloth with gilt lines on covers, and endpapers with green floral pattern. Nothing was found about 'Les Ateliers H. Laureys' nor about the artist E. Herssens, who signed one of the watercolours. Joints are weak and partly cracked, corners bumped. The watercolours are in excellent condition. Coloured plates in order: 1. Title page. 2. Fortune Ayde A La Hardy (Heraldic Coat of Arms). 3. Bureau. 4. Salle A Manger. 5. Grand Salon. 6. As above. 7. Salon Rouge. 8. Fumoir. 9. Hall. 10. Hall 2nd Floor.
