Hand-coloured frontispiece plus another 4 other hand-coloured plates and 10 black & white plates. 429 pp. 8vo. FIRST EDITION. Beautifully bound in three quarters green morocco by Rivière. All edges gilt. Twin gilt fillets to boards, raised bands in gilt to spine, gilt fillet and a splendid fishing motif to each compartment, lettered in the second and third compartments. Marbled end papers. Spine faded and prelims foxed - else fine. A fine copy of this classic work by the angling editor of 'The Field'. Coloured plates in order: 1. Frontispiece.
